Age Suitability

Minimum age

MemoLove is intended for users who are at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in their country, if higher). By using MemoLove, users represent that they meet this requirement. MemoLove is not designed for children and is not directed at users under 16.

What MemoLove is

MemoLove is a private couples app. Two consenting partners can send each other a daily MemoLove—a personal love letter that may include text, photos, videos, custom fonts, themes, and backgrounds. A partner’s MemoLove for the day is viewable only after you have sent yours. Over time, couples build a private Memories journal and a shared Gallery of moments from their relationship.

Why 16+

MemoLove may include features and content categories that are more appropriate for older teens and adults, including:

• User-generated content: Partners create and exchange personal text, photos, and videos.
• Private messaging / couple communication: Daily letters and media shared between two connected users.
• Romantic and relationship themes: Expressions of love, gratitude, and shared memories.
• Account-based use: MemoLove uses BliBling accounts for authentication and profile information.

Content expectations

Content inside MemoLove is created by users for their partner. Because users choose what to share, letters and attached media may include romantic, affectionate, or other personal material between consenting partners. MemoLove’s Community Guidelines prohibit harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery, content involving minors, illegal activity, impersonation, spam, and redistribution of a partner’s private MemoLove content without permission.

Not a public social network

MemoLove is designed for a private connection between two people. It is not a public feed, discovery network, or open social media product. Partner connections require consent, and private couple content is intended only for the connected pair.

Privacy & safety notes

Sensitive couple data (daily MemoLoves, media, and private partner nicknames/avatars) is designed to be end-to-end encrypted between the two connected devices. Users should still protect their accounts, avoid sharing passwords, and follow local laws when capturing or sharing media of others. Full legal terms are available in our Terms & Conditions.

App Store rating guidance

Based on MemoLove’s minimum age requirement and the presence of user-generated romantic couple content and private messaging features, MemoLove should be treated as suitable for ages 16 and up. If Apple’s questionnaire produces a lower calculated rating, operators may override to a higher rating so the storefront rating matches this minimum age policy.
