1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MemoLove mobile application (“App”), operated in connection with the BliBling platform. By creating an account, logging in, or using MemoLove, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country, if higher) to use MemoLove. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. BliBling Account

MemoLove uses BliBling accounts for authentication. Your login credentials and public profile fields (such as display name, username, and profile photo) are managed through the shared authentication system. Partner-only nicknames and private couple content in MemoLove are separate and are not intended to modify the other person’s public BliBling profile.

4. Couple Connections

MemoLove is designed for two consenting users to connect. You may only send connection requests to people you know and who wish to connect with you. You must not harass, stalk, or pressure anyone to accept a connection. Either party may disconnect where the product allows; residual local cache may remain on devices until cleared.

5. Content You Share

You are solely responsible for the MemoLoves, text, images, videos, and other materials you upload (“User Content”). You represent that you own or have all rights needed to share User Content with your partner, and that it does not violate law or third-party rights (including copyright, privacy, and publicity rights).

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (a) use the App for illegal activity; (b) upload content that is abusive, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitative of minors, hateful, or fraudulent; (c) attempt to access another user’s data without authorization; (d) reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App; (e) impersonate others; or (f) use the App to spam or commercially solicit without permission.

7. End-to-End Encryption & Privacy

Sensitive couple data (daily MemoLoves, media, private partner nicknames/avatars) is designed to be end-to-end encrypted between the two connected devices using cryptographic key agreement. Encryption reduces the ability of operators to read ciphertext in transit/storage, but it is not a guarantee against all risks (compromised devices, screenshots, shared passwords, malware, or legal compulsion of a party who can decrypt). 8. Media & Device Permissions

MemoLove may request access to your photo library, camera, and microphone to attach photos and videos. Granting permission is optional but required for those features. You are responsible for media you capture of others and for complying with local recording consent laws.

9. Intellectual Property

The App’s design, branding, software, and related materials are owned by the operator or its licensors. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant your connected partner a private license to view User Content you shared with them through the App’s intended features.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, perfect encryption in all edge cases, or that messages will always unlock as expected across time zones or offline states.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR MEMOLOVE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or Community Guidelines, or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the App at any time and sign out.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be highlighted in-app when practical.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence provide otherwise.
